PostPrime Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has acquired shares in Infinity Life Co., Ltd. and welcomed the company into our group effective July 1, 2026.

Infinity Life Co., Ltd. is a company that provides industry-specific M&A brokerage services to tutoring and education-related businesses, as well as real estate-related businesses.

By incorporating Infinity Life Co., Ltd. into our group, we aim to establish a revenue base supported by two pillars—our financial and economic information platform business and our M&A brokerage business—while further expanding our suite of services that support users’ wealth creation and business activities.
